Modern agricultural development is originally based on the implementation of new technologies and automation of processes, seeking to streamline and achieve maximum production efficiency. On the other hand, it is increasingly trying to find its roots through craftsmanship, ecology and agritourism, where human contact with the land seems more natural and consistent. The project is based on the conviction that these approaches not only be mutually exclusive but should work together to achieve sustainable development.
The body of the designed object introduces calmness and breath, while simultaneously enclosing the existing urban layout of the buildings. The concentration of all functions under a common roof allowed not only to connect individual zones. It resulted in creating a coherent space while combining the educational process associated with the cultivation hall - the land, workshop halls - technology, and catering laboratories - the purpose.
Search for the rural character of the site led to the use of natural and, in a way original materials. Their inherent modesty welds them to their surroundings without creating dissonance. Eventually, a coherent expression shape of the roof was obtained, interspersed with lines referring to the cultivation fields.
