Project of a renovation of the Fandom pavilion focalizing on the introduction of new functions such as restaurant, offices, shops and exercise rooms and restoring the facade of the building to its original state. The design has been prepared in order to obtain a building permit for investment and is currently awaiting the town hall's decision.
The design is mainly based on preserved original executive drawings of the pavilion and on available archival photographs of the complex of residential buildings of Wrocław's Manhattan. Changes in the form of the building were kept to a minimum along with necessary maintenance. Due to the functional requirements of investors, the renovated object of the pavilion was divided into functional utility zones, including:
- basement floor: conference rooms with auxiliary rooms, exercise rooms with locker rooms, facilities for trainers and hygiene and sanitary rooms, technical rooms where the ventilation centre, ice water unit and heat distribution unit connection are located, the entrance area with necessary communication.
- first floor: restaurant with the necessary catering facilities and hygiene-sanitary premises, service premises intended for a bookshop together with auxiliary premises, additional service premises for rent, entrance area and communication.
- office complex: offices with sanitary and hygienic premises, a social room and a conference room; a banquet room with ancillary premises.
